Services

I walk with clients as they navigate a wide range of wellness challenges, including but not limited to anger, anxiety, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, communication challenges, depression, emotional dysregulation, parenting difficulties, stress, trauma, and work difficulties.

I offer in-person sessions at my North Bay office, as well as virtual appointments throughout Ontario.

  • One-on-one sessions designed to support you in navigating situational stressors, processing past experiences, and working towards your wellness goals. Depending on your therapeutic needs, sessions may include check-ins, time for reflective discussion and exploration, psychoeducation, as well as coping skills learning and implementation.

  • One-on-one sessions designed to support youth ages 10 and up in navigating situational stressors such as school and addressing unwanted wellness challenges. Depending on the youth’s preferences, a parent or guardian may be present to them support at their appointment, with the majority of discussions occurring directly between the youth and the therapist.

  • Couples therapy sessions are designed to support you and your partner in addressing communication, connection, and conflict challenges in your relationship. After completing a comprehensive relationship assessment with your therapist, sessions will focus on skills learning and application. Treatment is informed by the Gottman-method, drawing on extensive research by (and training with) The Gottman Institute.

  • Looking to support your employees’ mental health, help colleagues navigate stress, or build a more trauma-informed workplace? Presentations and workshops are available on a range of mental health topics, offering evidence-based strategies to help your team confidently handle wellness challenges at work and beyond. Reach out to discuss your organization’s needs, explore options, or obtain a quote.
